Overall supervision, policy-making, and development planning are carried out under the guidance of the As-Sunnah Foundation's central governing body.

Chairman & Leadership
Under the Chairman's leadership, the In-Charge, Assistant In-Charges, and Academic Coordinator jointly run daily administration and academic management.
- Tier 3
Teacher's Panel & Departments
The teacher's panel of recognized scholars, along with the Arabic team, Tajweed team, and language departments, deliver instruction.
- Tier 4
Research Board
The research board directs the institute's research projects, journal publications, clarification work, and calls for papers.
- Tier 5
Tarbiyah & Mentorship Wing
Character development, Amali Tracker mentorship, and Student Development Program (SDP) implementation run under this wing.
